Workshop Bookings

Welcome to my workshops page where I am offering a variety of glass classes from my home studio which is based in the village of Enderby in Leicestershire, LE19 4NY, five minutes from Junction 21 of the M1 and at the end of the M69. I shall be adding workshops to the calendar as the year goes by so please keep checking back to see if there’s something you fancy! I am able to cater for private groups and special events and as my workshops also make lovely experience gifts, please get in touch if you are interested in any of these!

The majority of classes will be taught from my home studio however, I am really happy to announce that I have been given the opportunity to deliver classes at the Sue Pryke Studio in North Kilworth, Lutterworth, Leicestershire, LE17 6NE. For those of you who don’t know, Sue Pryke is a highly regarded, award winning ceramicist with an international reputation who specialises in slip casting. Sue was also one of the judges on The Great Pottery Throwdown in 2020 alongside Keith Brynmer-Jones and presenter Melanie Sykes. Sue’s studio is a fabulous ,light filled space where we can cater for up to eight people, the perfect setting for creating!

All workshops are suitable for those 18 years and over and you are asked to bring an apron and wear covered shoes. Glass craft generally requires some strength, please be aware that anyone with arthritis or similar condition that causes weakness in the hands or wrists may struggle a little, but particularly with stained glass manufacture. Stained glass is also not recommended for anyone pregnant due to the lead based nature of some of the materials. Complimentary tea and coffee will be provided throughout classes, for full day courses please bring your own lunch.

Please book workshops below and please refer to and read my terms & conditions before booking. If you have any special requests or requirements, please get in touch: daisy-glass@hotmail.co.uk
