It’s the International Festival of Glass bienale returns this year and is being held at The World of Glass in St. Helens on the 29th & 30th of August. As part of the celebrations 22nd August to 22nd Octobet at Blowfish Gallery at Stourbridge are hosting a celebration of contemporary glass through the launch of the Fifteen x Fifteen exhibition. The challenge for artists was to submit a unique pieces of glass art no larger than 15cm H x 15cm W x 15cm D! There were over 140 applications from all over the world and I’m thrilled to announce that I have been selected with my piece ‘Onaka Ga Suita’ which uses symbolism and metaphors around the topics of infertility, family and inheritance.

UPCOMING EVENTS…

My final event before the summer sees me exhibiting at Hungerton Open Gardens Saturday 13th & Sunday 14th of June… this is a lovely event with the most gorgeous gardens to see and lots of refreshments available! I shall be located in the garage of Old Cottage, Main Street, 11.00am - 4.00pm
